CAKE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Its recommended to pick up you cake with a spacious car and someone else. A second pair of hands could come handy.
- Set the cake on flat surface, the copilot’s feet area and the trunk are the best options. Never transport the cake incline.
- Turn on your AC before you arrive to pick up and keep it on until its final destiny.
- It’s crucial to drive cautiously at a moderate speed. Avoid braking, turning or accelerating abruply, watch out for pot holes, bumps, downs and ups.
- Keep it away from the sun and high temperatures, its recommended to have it in a refrigerator until its time to exhibit it. (Fondant cakes don’t need to be on the refrigerator, a room with AC would be fine)
- Make sure to disasseble the cake’s box before trying to move the cake. Cautiously drag it toward you, use both hands, from the bottom of the base, to handle/move it.
- For neater slices, its recommended to use a serrated knife.
- High and multi-level cakes have internal structure/piping, make sure to them. Don’t try the famous first bite!
Our cakes and cupcakes are made with butter, they need to be at room temperature for 1-3 hours before serving to allow the cake texture, buttercream and fillings to soften and the flavors to come to life.
